AVFC have confirmed that former striker Gary Shaw passed away earlier today. Gary had suffered a fall and had been in an induced coma in hospital. A genuine Villa legend who was in the press box every home game. A man who always had a smile on his face and will be missed RIEP

Just returned from the game- and am saddened by what I witnessed today. There are NO reasons for the cowardly attack on Jack Grealish of any other player on any team. It has shamed the club I have supported all my life. I hope the idiot gets the punishment his actions deserve.
