    THE DAMNED original line-up will reunite for a UK tour in 2021. Founding members Dave Vanian, Rat Scabies, Captain Sensible and Brian James will play four shows next July, tickets are on sale this Friday 23 Oct from aegp.uk/Dmnd21Tour

    We were shocked to hear of dear old Algys passing last night.. the guy was simply immense as a player and a personality. In Damned terms Machine Gun Etiquette is his legacy.. that thunderous bass sound was never bettered. RIP. ♠️♠️♠️

    45 years of Machine Gun Etiquette, The Damned's 1979 psychedelic punk opus.. recorded in Wessex studios while the Clash were in the room next door working on one of theirs. Adventurous and experimental.. ending up as a contender for greatest Damned album of all.
