Her ostensible offense was a comment expressing concern about Columbia’s failure to address harassment of Palestinians by Israeli students who come to campus straight from military service – after Israeli students sprayed Palestinian rights protestors with a toxic chemical.

The historic lawsuit seeks to enforce int'l law as codified in the Genocide Convention and federal law that imposes on @POTUS, @SecBlinken, & @SecDef a duty to prevent an unfolding genocide. Not only has the U.S. failed to prevent, but has actively advanced the gravest of crimes.
