I used to have them and it did feel like a knife stabbing my eye, almost pass out level pain, but never experiencing any swelling.
From what I can find, that level of swelling is likely not caused by cluster headaches alone.
The problem is that people are far less likely to type in “experience” at the end.
Most new viewers (or people who don’t watch), likely have no idea it’s even called “experience.”
They heard about it from someone and type in “joe rogan trump,” imo at least.
