If they don’t merge now, once robotaxi scales Tesla shareholder will not agree to a 50/50 MOE. They will instead ask for 60/40 or even 70/30 consider Tesla will bring in more cash vs SpaceX initially. Tesla shareholder will also demand a “premium” on the offer. So keeping Tesla

The question for a Tesla / SpaceX merger is not if, but when. From a Tesla shareholder perspective, I have yet to see a compelling argument for why a merger in the near-term (6-12 months) makes sense vs waiting for (i) robotaxi and Optimus to scale over the next 18 months and
