- When did education become so polarized ? I started 16 years ago and I was having fun. Now I’m fighting for my rights to teach classics 🤦🏼♀️
- Pre-packaged curriculums serve to line someone’s pocket. I said what I said.
- Yesterday the students wrote what they were leaving behind in 2022 and crumbled it up and threw it in the floor. No names. Then they picked up someone else’s and read it. It showed them what bothers other class mates. Eye opening and truthful. #socialemotional
- People need to stop judging what’s on a teacher’s wish list. You want a keurig. Cool. If someone buys it, then even better. People need to stop talking about adding stuff or changing stuff. These lists are wishes and hopes. #tedtalk
- Check on teachers. We are not okay 😆 it’s September 39th?

- I ❤️ being a teacher. This epidemic of teachers leaving abruptly traumatizes the students. I understand it is hard. I’ve been in the game a long time, 16 years. The good outweighs the bad. Everything ebbs and flows.
