- Pitt Twitter is always trying to find ways to defend Capel. This is year 4 and the team is still a bottom dweller of the ACC. 🤷♂️🤷♂️ If the football team was last in the Coastal 4 years in a row, people would be calling for the entire coaching staff to be fired 3 years ago
- Yesterday was my last day covering Philly area football. This summer we will be moving to NW Pennsylvania to be closer to my family and my wife's family in Pittsburgh. I won't be leaving @PaFootballNews. Instead, I'll be covering District 10.

- I was a fan of Duzz back in the day when things with Pitt football were seriously on the ropes. I still like the guy, but after a loss like that in your 7th year…..it’s time to go….
- Pitt football will be good this year because both the O and D lines are legit. It all comes down to the trenches
- It's 2021. High school athletic programs need to have some sort of social media presence. It amplifies the program and the successes of student-athletes. Even if nobody on the coaching staff is tech-savvy, create a program where a student intern runs it.
- Online only schooling merely serves to extend the divide between the haves and the have-nots. Only the privileged benefit from this scenario. I don't know what the answer is, but I'm worried about the educational opportunities for the Philly and Pittsburgh public school children
