    I've been laid off as part of The Washington Post's job cuts today. This is an incredibly sad day, not just for my colleagues and I, but for journalism as a whole. While I'm not sure what's next, I know I'll bounce back and continue to elevate.

    Just found out my dad tested positive for coronavirus. He likely got it from my uncle, who also tested positive, at a funeral a couple weeks ago. I was with my dad for a few days after the funeral, so Iโ€™m going to go ahead and quarantine. I feel fine so far. Stay safe yโ€™all.
