في سابقة تاريخية في ألمانيا:محكمة برلين تسقط التهم الموجهة ضدي من قبل رئيس اللوبي الإسرائيلي،وتنص في حكمها أن المقارنة بين ما يحدث في غزة وما حدث في الهولوكوست لا يعتبر مخالفا للقانون بل هو دعوة لحماية أقلية تتعرض للإبادة علي غرار ما حدث في عهد النازي.
