Grateful for every second I got to spend with @HipHipJose5. You are the standard Trevy. Thank you for giving me a front row seat. I’m better for it. The @Reds are welcoming a winner! #OneOfOne

The acoustics of a strike. A quality reception has a unique sound to it that can’t be measured quantitatively. This adds to the story and influences an umpires decision. You can’t learn to manipulate the ball until you learn to consistently pocket it. VOLUMN UP! #bottomfeeders

One of my all time favorite people. I’m going to miss the legendary belt speeches, the heavy metal riffs, the sensible personality, and the blue collar like cage sessions in pursuit of mastery. @the_higster is a first ballot HOF person & teammate. Congrats on a resilient and

15 years in the Yankees organization. From catching a no-hitter to catching a perfect game. A fantastic teammate. A leader in the community. For all that you’ve done on and off the field, thank you, @the_higster πŸ’™

Thanks for joining us today Gwen! Long overdue….
In 1961, Gwen Goldman was rejected to be the Yankees bat girl because of her gender. Today, the 70-year-old finally got to fulfill that dream. πŸ™

Slow motion extension to flexion mapping. There’s tremendous value in going fast and allowing the body to self organize. Slowing it down also has a role in high level motor pattern development. Here’s @02Chami progressing from slow to fast. #bottomfeeders

Interestingly, EP’s are the lowest since 15’ while framing skills are improving.

Challenging receiving motor patterns. Constraint based training is threefold: change the task, change the environment, or change the ORGANISM. A less popular yet effective way to enhance variability is via fatigue to the organism itself @paulvenner @FransBoschBook @ShoulderSphere

The champagne burn never gets old. Milestones are only meaningful when they are shared with people you care about. Thanks @HipHipJose5 and @wellsius16 for letting this guy ride your coattails. One to go….#WorldSeriesBound
