    This week the PM cancelled the HS2 from London to Manchester that would reduce overcrowding. Today I’m on a train for Manchester with the driver refusing to depart as “it’s unsafe” due to overcapacity. “The trains going nowhere until passengers leave” he says.

    Another fund to help black students at Oxbridge only? Those unis have a combined endowment of £13bn, the black students enrolled already had the capital (social or economic) to get in and their graduate prospects are second to none. Elitism in the name of equality again.

    The Govt’s response to BLM was that black Britons were over sensitive, racial inequality wasn’t the product of racism, institutional anti-blackness wasn’t real, anti-racism training should be curtailed and that it was fine to boo black footballers taking the knee in solidarity..

    🚨 BREAKING: The protest in Southport is turning into a riot. We've seen bricks thrown through the local mosque's window and a police van is burning. Several people - including officers - have been hurt. People are shouting at the police for protecting "disgusting nonces".
