- This is so simple to understand personal use: pfp, referencing, printing at home, wallpaper, things only u can do with the art commercial use: streaming, advertising, posting online; anything that promotes you merch use: selling physical or digital items, like stickers,I think we lost the plot on what "commercial use" actually means. As a Vtuber and an Artist, I always check the artist's TOS and usually pay extra for "commercial commissions". Which usually means the buyer (myself in this case) gets 100% of the commercial rights of the piece.
