    This pre pitch upper/ lower timing is critical to his success. It sets up his forward stretch timing. Most young hitters just do not start their foot pick up early enough.

    Do not rotate. Do not work on your rotation in drills. Remove the thought/ idea of rotation from all your hitting knowledge. Resist rotation.
