- It's extremely obvious once you see it: -East asians are rice farmers, hence their talent for mass manufacturing small things (computer chips etc) -Europeans evolved to fight the ice age, hence extremely good at building infrastructure, machines etc, in an innovative way -WestEuropean and East Asian civilizations required planning & storing techniques in order to survive. This was due to the four seasons which many Sub-Sahara countries never experienced. Abstract concepts therefore were not required for survival and IQ remained low.
