I highly recommend you don’t wait for evacuation orders. Please. My city of Altadena just burned to the ground and by the time evacuation orders come, driving and traffic can be very bad especially if there are winds and spot fires popping up. I just went through this a day and a

Practical tips: -stop sorting laundry into lights and darks. Wash it all together on cold. - every person in the house puts away their own laundry. If they are too young to fold, that’s fine just give them bins because little people don’t need folded clothes anyway. -practice
