- There is about to be a major recruiting crisis in the military. If there isn’t a change the US Submarine Fleet and Aircraft Carrier Fleet will be crippled due to lock of personnel. $100,000 re-enlistment bonuses can barely keep enough nuclear sailors in prior to this.
