As a general rule, I won’t publicly talk about movies I don’t like. I know the struggle to get made & respect the filmmaking process WAY too much to shit on anyone’s work. I find it easier to talk about films I think are exciting & fun rather than dunking on those that fell flat.
WEREWOLVES was rejected by every film festival we submitted it to. Then Universal bought it. This echoes my entire career. Never a festival darling but always got my films distributed by major labels.
Don’t let anyone stop you.
I love a good Texas switch. Here’s one I did with Aaron Eckhart jumping out of a window- landing on a car- and continuing to chase the bad guy. Behind the scenes vs in camera gives you a good look at when Aaron enters frame and the stunt double exits. 💪
WEREWOLVES will stay in theaters through Christmas. Also fuck the box office numbers. I love the movie - plenty of you love the movie - and it got a real chance. More than I could ask for. I’ll be back to the big screen with a god damn vengeance. 🤘🤘🤘🤘
We financed the film independently. We are distributing independently. We are against major studio films this weekend. All good, we got you! Please support indie cinema!
But don’t take my word for it. Take theirs.

My Werewolves were always meant to have personality. I fought against suits who were totally against it all the way up to shooting. Glad I stuck to my guns. Check it on @hulu. Which wolf is your favorite?
