I'm definitely not going to be as active. I'm going to focus on planning my wedding with my fiance, my classes, and my job. My schedule's pretty full. Lol
The Doctor’s first regeneration is pretty crazy. He wakes up screaming about how everything's too loud and struggles to get used to his new self, even talking about himself in the third person. It’s such a unique experience right after regenerating.
Lol. The Remembrance of the Daleks novelization really leans into Ace’s confusion in this scene — it straight-up suggests they switched seats without moving. Like the Doctor just snapped his fingers and teleported.
Sorry guys but, Thirteen is exactly how she was in her own era; the only difference is that she's in an RTD2 episode. I think you all just don’t remember her as well as you think.
I think my main issue with the Mrs Flood storyline is that there’s just not enough to latch onto. She shows up, says some cryptic things, and that’s about it. There aren’t any real clues about who she is or what she wants, so it’s hard to actually care about her.
What's interesting about the Twice Upon A Time novel is that it highlights how scared and worried Twelve was, especially since he was worried that his next self wouldn't remember what it was like to spend so much time among humans or forget many of the lessons he had learned.
What's interesting about The Eighth Doctor audio originals is that they have to create their own intro theme for the Eighth Doctor because they can't use the TV movie theme or the Big Finish theme.
I'm so glad for this phone call from The Doctor before he changed. This and the conversation after the call ended are great. He's still The Doctor. The same man, just different. God, Moffat is a genius. "You can't see me, can you? You look at me, and you still can't see me. "
