- theyfab coworker just asked me in a lab full of people, “do you ever misgender yourself?” i said “no, i’m too comfortable in my own identity to do something like that.” and then they explained how it’s normal to misgender yourself and i’m actually the weird one here

- i don’t care how politically aware you are, or how much LGBT activism you partake in. if you are a c!s person, you HAVE to pay attention to the way you speak about trans women. if i see you misgender or degender a trans woman, i’m assuming you’re a transphobe. there’s no excuse.
- Replying to @stillnotzioraand i’ve been seeing them tell men “it’s just our uterus - the thing that keeps your baby safe”. which is not only trying to justify being seen as “fat”, but also weighing their worth based on their ability to give birth
- i’m often assumed to be a trans woman simply because i consistently stand up against transmisogyny. this is extremely sad because trans women should never be left alone in the fight for their ability to exist without consequence.
