- 5 years ago I was deep into research about noodles and discovered hand pulled noodles in Lanzhou, China. I saved up & last year I took a plane to this noodle school cuz they wouldn’t pick up calls or texts and they told me to come this year. So I’ve packed my bags & here I am.
- Came back home after 40 days of travelling from china and might have just bought back everything I saw 🫠
- Every year i think about leaving my apartment in blr but then this gorgeous winter sunlight shows up

- Bride sidekick duties really are a thing. My best friend got married this weekend, and I sat next to her for seven hours, fed her dal chawal and chips while she got the most intricate mehendi I've seen 😍
- Thankful to 21 year old me who sat at the last bench in college and read up recipes cuz I made the most banging mala noodle soup for myself for breakfast 🍜
