- Learning code has me in disbelief at what these nerds have been cooking the last 40 years
- Replying to @soundrotatorGobsmacked and awestruck that people made computers, this is the fucking weird timeline
- Everyone desperately trying to figure out how to be remembered before they run out of time, all the while forgetting their great-grandparents, forgetting each other
- Replying to @soundrotatorI also bought a microscope this week and have been looking at all sorts of things through it... What the hell is going on here
- Replying to @soundrotatorEver since I was a kid I was frustrated that people only sensationalize fiction when reality is way more interesting and bizarre
- Just thinking about how most people's entire lives have happened already, front to back top to bottom, how strange it is that mine and yours are still in play and even relatively young still, even just getting startedLovers with 3D Glasses at the Palace Theater, 1943 by Weegee
- Replying to @soundrotatorI'm nervous about how weird all of this is do you guys ever get nervous
- being a woman who has decided nobody is coming to save her is hilarious because men are always coming to save me, and if i like them i have to gently lead them on a tour through my Museum of Things That Are Not For Fixing
- Replying to @Devin_J_Monahanit's interesting what makes eyes signal sth about how you model their inner world
- A REALLY interesting thing I discovered a few years ago is that people's range of what they're capable of doing expands WILDLY when you tell them to imitate a self that is not theirs instead of asking them to show you their own range lmaoIf you try singing "ah" on the same pitch 5 different ways (imitate 5 different ppl) you'll find how much control you have over finessing ur sound. You have to set your array of sounds free in order to start to understand them.
- The trick to getting a great photo of yourself is being in love with the person taking it
