    Someone just texted this EKG to me from far away in U.S. Chest pain & vomiting. Cardiologist says "not a STEMI" and shows nothing. But it is diagnostic of inferior OMI. "Work up the patient for a PE," he says (!). These cases come to me all the time and it makes me sick.
