- People in India in my circle are going to Japan like it’s the new Singapore or Dubai. At least 4-5 families in last 3 months have visited Japan. Easy visa, good infra, just 7-8 hours flight ✈️, fallen Yen Japan is the future destination for Indians. I visited last year. Really
- Replying to @cvkrishnanLand in rural areas is cheaper than cost of construction of multi level car park.
- Replying to @openletterytInterestingly Vikram Sarabhai and Walchand Hirachand were Jains. Jains have been few but there contribution has been too much in country’s development.
- Replying to @Akshat_WorldPF, EPF and PPF are tax exempt, have 80C benefits, nearly ZERO risk and also cannot be attached easily by courts and income tax. There is no better future derisking strategy available in India. PPF is an emergency fund after a few years. It’s not a growth fund.

- Replying to @pvsubramanyamHotels in Mussoorie in Uttarakhand are more expensive than hotels in Kyoto in Japan. Now tell me who will want to travel in India with that economic landscape. The Indian destinations are more expensive due to Indian govt’s foolish building laws and corruption in real estate.
