- I want y’all to get used to the idea that jealousy is a real feeling. It happens between friends, between lovers, between strangers. It can be healthy, if you actually confront it, acknowledge it and give it room to move through you. Denying it is what makes it toxic.
- Accountability is love. I love you enough to want you to do better. I love you enough to want you to be and feel better. If I didn't love you, I wouldn't care to see you change.
- normalize being incompatible with people as lovers, friends or work colleagues without it being an issue or causing a negative experience between y’all.
- I am sad about the children that woke up today and lost their lives. I am sad for the 10 Black people that have already been forgotten. I am sad we basically have to disassociate to simply exist in this world right now.
- Kanye being bipolar doesn’t excuse his spread of misinformation but it does mean how we engage and speak about him shouldn’t be ableist.
- I’m sorry but it makes no sense for us to not hibernate in the winter. Other mammals do. We’d likely be so much more efficient, and happy. But capitalism.

- The reality is that if you’re homophobic, transphobic, or antiBlack, you’re not as spiritual or as connected to God/Allah as you think. And that’s just that.
