one of the safest feelings ever is being genuinely liked just because you’re you. when someone has a complete fondness and soft spot for you simply because you exist. it’s chef’s kiss really.
You have not yet met all the people who will call you by your name delicately and intentionally. You have not yet met all the people who will treat you with grace and compassion. You have not yet met all the people who will look at you like the stars are dancing in your eyes.
It’s incredibly beautiful how you will never be too much for the right person. How your stories will never bore them, how your laughter will never be too loud, and how the parts that make you special will never be questioned. You will be just right, just perfect, always enough.
conversations that flow. conversations about anything and everything that make you laugh, that make you feel satisfied, without restraint or fear of what to say next.
Acts of service is fast becoming my favorite love language. As someone who sometimes struggles with asking for help, I’m always so happy when people do things for me without me asking, just to make my life easier.

It feels amazing knowing that there’s someone who can’t wait to hear from you or see you after a long day, or someone who will be worried when you’ve not been reachable for too long. It makes you feel valued fr.
it’s so annoying how menstruation gets to drain women’s energy. like completely, and in the most painful way. your legs and back have no business being in pains but they are. it’s a struggle to stand, sit, lay down or even breathe; everything is done in pain.
