I'm asking this as a genuine question, but doesnt leak culture contribute to this? A lot of people see those first and take it as fact. I'd even say that there's a significant difference between the amount of discussions in leaks day vs officials day.
The ending of this series has shown who has actually read it and who has flipped through looking at pretty pictures lol
