    Here is Victoria Coren Mitchell, a cis woman literally telling Graham Linehan PUBLICLY what he has done wrong, and saying she also said it privately. But apparently nobody will tell him what he's done wrong. People have tried mate. You should try listening.

    I’m gutted, I’m such a huge fan of his. I’ve been hugely looking forward to the second series of Good Omens. And now this. When challenged on it, apparently he said “I’m OK, TERFs can’t climbs stairs”. How very disappointing.

    Mumsnet are getting upset about actors playing the opposite sex in Shakespeare. " kids were in the audience.  It felt a little like finding yourself in a recruitment party for a transgressive sex cult, when what you really wanted was Shakespeare." Who wants to tell them?
    Spent the evening at Shakespeare’s Globe, at what turned out to be a queer production of As You Like It. Almost all the actors were cast as characters of the opposite sex, and several appeared to be trans actors. In the play, some characters have to disguise themselves as the opposite sex, so it was impossible to follow who’s who (‘Hang on, so that woman with a beard is meant to be a male character, who then is disguised as a woman; no, wait a minute…’). There were a few good individual performances, but artistically it was a complete dog’s dinner. It was shot through with sexualised queer stylings and dances, and ended with a speech (that definitely wasn’t written by Shakespeare) about how we’re all part of a big queer family, whether or not we wear nail varnish. Lots of kids were in the audience. It felt a little like finding yourself in a recruitment party for a transgressive sex cult, when what you really wanted was Shakespeare.

    Can people stop saying 'JK Rowling has every right to be heard because she is a woman?' She doesn't have some kind of gold plated, diamond encrusted uterus, millions of women disagree with her, but the Daily Mail isn't publishing our opinions because we're not rich.

    Well here's a mystery. An Oregon woman has said she was denied cancer care at a clinic because she didn't like them having a trans flag. The clinic says they don't treat cancer.
    Marlene Barbera said she was undergoing treatment for breast cancer at Richmond Family Medicine Clinic, which is part of the Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). Last year, she wrote a message to inform her doctor that she didn't feel comfortable entering the clinic, which prominently displayed a transgender flag, according to a report by Reduxx, a feminist news and opinion website. "I do not feel comfortable coming into Richmond with that enormous transgenderism banner hanging like a Nazi flag behind the reception desk," Barbera wrote. "Where is the flag for women? For children?" She added, "Male violence toward women is undimmed by any level of transition." However, an OHSU spokesperson told Newsweek that the Richmond Family Medicine Clinic doesn't offer oncology services.

But the second one is every one of those people is basically, you know, a huge problem to a sane world.”Joyce continued: “If you’ve got people – whether they’re transitioned, whether they’re happily transitioned, whether they’re unhappily transitioned, whether they’re detransitioned – if you’ve got people who’ve dissociated from their sex in some way, every one of those people is someone who needs special accommodation in a sane world where we re-acknowledge the truth of sex. “And I mean the people who’ve been damaged by it – the children who’ve been put through this – those people deserve every accommodation we can possibly make, but every one of them is a difficulty.”
