This is me choking up at the end of my speech during the groundbreaking for the new Norwalk High School. I got emotional because 3 seniors spoke before me about how happy they are for the new school and the opportunities their peers will have who will follow them. Bright future!

Thank you @POTUS for supporting a ban on semi-automatic weapons. We’ve outlawed them in Connecticut along with many other gun sense measures. As a result, our state is one of the safest in the nation. Let’s put people over guns.
