    The 5-year career numbers for Deposit's Makenzie Stiles (@m_stiles14) are absolutely overwhelming: 106-11 Record 1,507 Strikeouts 70 Shutouts 26 No-Hitters 16 Perfect Games 5 Section IV Championships 4 Class D State Championships One of the best in NY history! @Pitt_SB @NYSPHSAA

    Paige Rauch (@paigerauch_) has been elected to the NYS High School Softball Hall of Fame Class of 2022! She was a 5-time All-State selection at Windsor and Binghamton, 2-time state champ, 2-time Player of the Year, and is one of the NCAA's brightest stars at Villanova. Great job!

    Laura Bennett, the stud P in the circle for Corning, has been named Class AA Player of the Year. She helped lead the Hawks to a 4-0 record in the state tournament, and the program's first state title. Congrats to her!

    *NEW STATE RECORD ALERT!* Deposit's Makenzie Stiles (@m_stiles14) has just thrown her 11th career PERFECT GAME, becoming the all-time New York leader! The previous record holder was Chelsea Plimpton of Williamsville South. Congrats on this amazing accomplishment! @NYSPHSAA

    Michaela Transue of Chenango Forks has been elected to the 2023 NYS High School Softball Hall of Fame. She is a four-time All-State selection, and currently an assistant coach at Binghamton University. Congrats to her!

    This blows me away to even type, but Section IV is now home to FIFTY STATE CHAMPIONS! Far and away, the best softball is played right here in this section! Congrats to Corning, Edison, and Deposit for bringing home the gold on this historic day!

    Congratulations once again goes out to Deposit-Hancock on giving Section IV state championship #51! Also, to Vestal, Chenango Valley, and Greene for winning their semi-final games. All four programs represented Section IV with pride and class on a busy Saturday in Long Island!
