Oh, my goodness it's finished! The book I disappeared for, that 've been crying & losing sleep over is on Indiegogo now. The art is gorgeous, the stories are creepy, sexy & thrilling. Check out the trailer for Curiouser & Curiouser: Dark Wonderland Tales @ igg.me/at/CuriouserVo…

I 100% understand “not all men” but do y’all understand: My banking coworker who bought me lingerie for Christmas after one date. The guy who admitted to stalking me for a year on our first date. The guy I didn’t know who saw me in the hall at school and decided to feel me up…

I think men hate Pete Davidson because he disproves all their shallow theories about what women want and validate that what we want is a decent human being who gets us and is funny.

So, I’m aware it’s not all men— but any time a segment of the population is HUGELY problematic/harmful, nobody who’s been harmed wants to hear “but I never did that” Because I’ll bet dollars to doughnuts it’s happened in front of you & you ignored it. Ask me how I know…

The COUNTLESS men who have expected some kind of sexual service in exchange for a meal or a coffee— in fact after giving them my time and attention even if I paid my own way— the expectation was always that sex was the finale.

The 50-something supervisor of 19-yr-old me who sexually harassed me right out of my job… but he sure liked my legs… The aging chiropractor who came into my work (21) and despite my protests gave me $100 tip, which he later asked be returned when I refused to sleep with him.

The boyfriend I learned was doing coke through him asking if I’d be cool staying with his dealer for a few hours in exchange for free blow…

The mentor (32) who raped me (19) when after drinking, I asked for a ride home. The boy (10) who molested me(7), and when the adults failed to do anything- went on to molest his younger sister for years, and finally was sent home from his Mormon mission for the same.

The man I dated who, when I finally let him meet my children, was immediately inappropriate with my young daughter, then harassed me for months when I told him he was no longer welcome in my life.

Oh! The ex husband who forced me to install my first home security system (which I couldn’t afford) because of his threats of harm, which I was told might be credible, but nothing could be done until he actually DID burn the house down around us while we slept.

I could go on ad NAUSEAM. W/each memory, another 5 flood in. From guys who thought sitting in the backseat was an invitation to feel me up, to men who told me if I said “no” they’d just take what they wanted. It just— never ends, from the mildly irritating to deeply traumatic.

The innumerable men who, the moment I give them attention or friendliness, drop into my DMs to demand more, never realizing there are SO MANY people demanding my time/energy even though most days I can barely find energy to write. (I hate this one because I WANT friends, but)

The boyfriend of my friend who, after meeting him, walked up behind me on the dance floor of the small concert we were attending and grabbed my ass so hard he actually forced my jeans into my vagina a ways…Y THO.

Okay, so this is apparently getting a little traction— I don’t have a SoundCloud, but please, VOTE like women (especially marginalized women and femmes), and our bodily rights and freedom matter to you.🖤
