- Replying to @LordStanTheSlam and @ShellenbergerMDI live in Portland. Downtown is still boarded up with plywood. Almost a third of commercial office space is empty in Portland. I pay 2 special taxes for homelessness as a Portland resident and have seen zero improvement on the over 3 plus years. I'm fed up.
