The government literally hosted a panel arguing that “code is speech” while still prosecuting Roman Storm, Roman Sterlingov, Keonne Rodriguez, and Bill Hill. You can’t celebrate open source in theory while criminalizing developers in practice.

My law firm was debanked in 2018 with just a 30-day notice. Many of my clients dealt with the same challenge, forcing them to go full crypto. Hearing Rogan and Andreessen bring this issue into mainstream conversation is good, maybe things are really going to change!

Coinbase is rehypothicating its prime lending customers’ bitcoin to fund the ETFs. That’s why the price isn’t pumping. They are settling w borrowed bitcoin instead of buying new bitcoin. Shame on Brian Armstrong for this one…
