holy shit. one mushroom journey did more for me in 6 hours than therapy, meditation, religion, writing, productivity hacks, deep conversations with brilliant people, having children, cold water plunges, travel to beautiful places and reading could do in 37 years. not sure what- I used to admire smart people. Now I admire kind people.
