List of affordable mental health centers offering free services, up to RM50 services, and above. These centers, mostly in KL/PJ, also provide online sessions. I will be updating this list with more centers and info: 🔗

Mia Khalifa has a Bachelor's Degree in Art History, donated her monthly salary to Hurricane relief and she raised money for suicide prevention charity. It's not fair that she is reduce to this 'bad' person. It's 2019 & women are still slut-shame for not 'peservering' themselves.

After posting this, I was informed that Shake Shack opened their first israeli branch 5 months into the genocide. On the same day, 18 Gazans died from malnutrition, so I can assure you these burgers were plain and pricey. Don't support them. Local burgers are better.
📍Shake Shack, TRX Juicy patty, fast service, taste like your regular burger but 3 times the price.

Talking about KL, you guys need stop making fun of people who goes to Pasar Seni on weekend. Their presences had helped a lot of small businesses. For example, a batik painting shop said they received most support from locals now, they were wrecked during pandemic.

I'm an outsider trying to understand a country that has strict rules, like no alcohol, no promoting other religions, and harsh punishments (previously the enforce stoning to death). It seems odd these rules come from the Royal but the Royal family..
When you discovered these both are brunei princesses, the daughter of Jefri bolkiah with his second wive dan kau macam amaze sekali. In total YTM Jeffri bolkiah ada 19 orang anak sepanjang 6 perkahwinan dan 4 sudah bercerai. Ladies and gentlemen, Sepupu kepada Mateen.

It's funny how many of them answered "Sorang pun pening." or "Tak mampu financially" or "Sibuk ada hobby lain" instead "I love her, she the love of my life and I can't imagine being with someone else." Really changed my perspective on (most) men.
Taknak tanya “kenapa ye pilih untuk poligami”. I nak tanya suami suami yang monogamy ni, apa yang buatkan korang kekal & kuat setia pada yang satu?

Please go to therapy. Please don't enter your 40s and still throwing tantrum, not knowing how to communicate well, blaming everyone but yourself. Learn how to regulate your emotions and breathe and listen. Go to fucking therapy.

I read posts dari photographer sendiri dia ada lebih dari 10 shots of the police doing this sexual gesture. The photographer was a woman. Sebab tu lah mangsa jenayah seksual susah nak report kat 'saluran betul'.

T20 shouldn't get scholarship. If you can afford, you don't need financial assistance. "But they work hard." Kalau kau rasa kau work hard, kau bayangkan B40 yang kena tolong mak meniaga, yang kena panjat pokok for internet. Ramai je reach the merit tapi kau amik opportunity dia.

Syed Saddiq would have gone to Sabah, walked with Veveonah, talked to the youths, got back and presented his plan in 1 minute TikTok, went for actual meetings to find solution and got his proposal approved right away which he announced with his face so close on camera.

This made me cry. Sometimes what you wanna hear from the elders, parents or even friends are validation and support. " I understand your struggles. Yes it is difficult. You are doing great." Instead comparing or nasihat or blaming us for not trying hard enough. This aunty is rare

When Billie sang " I'm sad again, don't tell my boyfriend It's not what he's made for." It's like when you are constantly struggling, at one point, you will not be able to tell your support group cause it's repetitive. You are on your own most of the time.
