New pinned Tweet: I presented my research paper at the International Conference on Social Media and Society, held at London College of Communication from July 16 to 18. The title of my paper was "Women's Shrinking Political Space on Twitter: An Autoethnography from India."

Why do this? Either stay neutral or stand with people instead of the fascist powers. After a lifetime of respect wealth fame do you really need to do this? Can't you turn down the PR request? What will they do? What's the fear? Have you also done some hanky Panky in the taxes?

I met this guy 15 yrs ago. Had a bit of crush but he had a GF. He moved cities, we stayed in touch on FB, little bit flirting once in a while. This year we connect again, he is single now. Seemed interested in me. As was I. But then... I find out he is a Bhakt. End of story.

Asaduddin Owaisi says he wants to see a hijab wearing women as India's PM. I will love that too though it can't be burqa cos world needs to see the PM's face and not meet a black cloth. But before that I demand that a woman, hijab or no hijab, be made AIMPLB chief.

I am a Hindu and I want a masjid and only Masjid. I am ashamed and sorry that my fellow Hindus have demolished a place of worship and instead of punishment they got rewarded with the whole land. I am sad and ashamed what future we are building for our future.

I will not take names but I checked their timelines, most prominent liberal voices have not spoken up against the anti-Hindu violence in BN. Activists have made anti-Muslim violence in India into a global issue. So why not apply same to Hindus in BN? Isn't it a global issue?

DO NOT VOTE FOR BJP THE NEXT TIME. OR EVER. It is that simple. I cannot be any more clear about this.

Let this be clear, Mughals are a part of India's rich heritage. They are as Indians as any Hindu Jain Buddhist King, they were not one sudden fluke of events but a part of history, evolution, who enriched us. Everything we are, we owe it to ancestors. Mughals are our ancestors.

Pawan Verma in a debate, accusing Cong of dynasty. Rajdeep Sardesai interrupted and said, "But Pilot is also dynast". Verma: Yes, he is, but his father died many years ago. Me: That's true, while RG's father is still alive and feeding him Horlicks regularly.

I just came to know how Owaisi refused to let Rajdeep meet his wife. Who is he to refuse? Is she a furniture or pet animal? But it's a practice I've personally seen in many rich Muslim families. Education, hijab doesn't matter they just won't let women enter public sphere.

RJ Sayema or Arfa Khanum or other influential politically active Muslim women in India do not wear Hijab themselves but support school girls wearing it because - choice. Problem is they avoid the truth that "choice" is never free from religious/social conditioning.

Narendra Modi, a large part of India hates you because you are an inhuman creep. Get used to this truth.
