Heartfelt congratulations to @NikolPashinyan on your election victory, won despite massive foreign interference. Moldova and Armenia share a commitment to peace and stability in Europe, and I look forward to deepening our dialogue and working closely together in the years ahead.

- Great to have EU Enlargement Commissioner @MartaKosEU back in Chișinău. We discussed what’s next on our EU path and welcomed the Cypriot EU Presidency’s steps toward opening the Cluster on Fundamentals — for Moldova and Ukraine.
- I had a good conversation with @SwedishPM Ulf Kristersson on our growing bilateral partnership, regional security, and the next steps on Moldova’s path to EU membership. We stay committed to reforms and a merit-based process. Thank you, Sweden, for your support.
- Russia struck Ukraine again overnight. Lives lost, homes in ruins, families living in fear under missiles and drones. My gratitude to every partner supporting Ukraine. More support for Ukraine and stronger pressure on Russia — both are needed now.
- I strongly condemn Russian drones striking Romanians in their homes. This is grave. The Republic of Moldova stands in full solidarity with Romania and wishes a swift recovery to those injured in Galați. Russia is a danger to all and must be stopped.
- Last night’s large wave of Russian missile and drone strikes on Kyiv is a war crime. Killing civilians is a war crime. The response of the free world must be more support for Ukraine, more pressure on Russia. Moldova stands with Ukraine and its brave people.
- I called Prime Minister Rumen Radev to congratulate him on his election victory and new government. Moldova and Bulgaria share a strong partnership — rooted in our vibrant Bulgarian community and a common European future. We are doing the work to get there.
- Honoured to accept the @GLOBSEC award on behalf of the Moldovan people — those who fought for democracy for three decades, refused to be intimidated, and show up every day doing the work. Moldova’s ask is that the EU match our determination to join the family.
00:00 - In Prague with @prezidentpavel. We discussed what our partnership delivers in practice: security cooperation, growing trade, and Czech support for Moldova’s EU accession. In a challenging region, reliable friends matter.
- A productive meeting with @ministerBZ Tom Berendsen in The Hague — on Moldova’s European path, on regional security and on the work ahead. Grateful for the Netherlands’ continued support.
- Met with Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister @DefensieMin Dilan Yesilgöz-Zegerius in The Hague today. Security in Europe concerns us all — and it is good to have the Netherlands as a strong partner. Much to work on together.
- In The Hague with @MinPres Rob Jetten— thank you for the warm welcome and for this solid partnership built on shared values and a shared belief in Moldova’s place in the European Union. Moldova is doing the work, and we are grateful for the support on this path.
00:00 - Honoured to receive the European Order of Merit today. But the merit belongs to the Moldovan people — who chose Europe at the ballot box, defended that choice under pressure, and do the hard, daily work of reform. My plea to the EU: reward this merit. Help us move forward.
