Proud mum moment Daughter came across & was first on scene at a serious injury RTC today. She didn’t panic, she sat in a ditch with the motorcyclist, reassured him despite him losing consciousness several times, Held his hand, phoned the ambulance & remained calm, she’s only 19🥰- Him “Sam, do you remember me?” Me “No, I’m sorry” Him “Years ago, I was homeless & had contemplated suicide. You stopped, spoke to me and bought me coffee & Food. I’m now working, have a home and now I’ve seen you again... want to say Thankyou” #Speechless
- If you’re going to post anti police tweets from a non policing background or based on events over the past week just block me. I've spent 26 years trying to make a difference. 26 years of protecting all whilst taking abuse from those “who could do better” So really? could you?🚔
- Christmas Eve working ✅ I’m meant to be off Christmas Day, I volunteered to work so colleagues who have young children have the magic of waking up with them. So 0400 Xmas morning, who knows who I’ll see on my way to work 🎅🚔 xx #XmasPatrol

- My mum tonight has been taken by ambulance to hospital with covid. Which she can only have caught in hospital last week following eye surgery! She’s doubled jabbed but still very poorly. For the non believers of this awful disease… trust me it’s real 😢 #CmonMum xx
