- Wow…Talk about shameless. How about you embrace the players on your roster after the biggest win of the year. Just a thought. @NCAA @NCAACompliance isn’t this tampering?Whatever happened to “if you’re a young kid in Louisiana, there’s only one place to come play.” The transfer portal is wiping away the purity of college sports.
- Hot Take: If you continue to tell your parents and players that you are “all about development”, yet you allow your 14U team(s) to use -5 bats, you’re not “about it”. The only thing you’re about is winning a tournament. You develop players for their next level (cont)...
- PSA: Youth Athletes PLEASE STOP tagging college coaches and OTHER travel organizations in your tweets. If you don’t trust your org, leave them. If you’re good enough, coaches will find you. I understand that social media is an outstanding way to garner attention but be better!
- Replying to @sammyserrano...At 14U, their next level is HS baseball. Put a BBCOR in their hands and let them fail. Let them figure it out. Sacrifice tournament championships for develop. Better now than at tryouts. Give them a fighting chance to be an impact player early.

Look at their fundamental base, help them get better, and try and figure out how to best help them get bigger, faster, stronger. When it clicks, it clicks!Late bloomers are tough....They have a chip on their shoulder....And they are constantly out working others to stay competitive....So when their bodies finally catch up to their mental fortitude, they take off development wise and sky becomes the limit when it comes to upside! 💯
