New Visa free countries for Indians- - Thailand - Malaysia - Srilanka - Vietnam These countries understand that Indians have to travel to foreign countries as India is very expensive. - Dubai hotels are cheaper than Goa in Dec/Jan - Thailand is half price of Goa

One decent 3 BHK flat in Bangalore is for 3 crores. How will lakhs of middle class people buy a home? Govt should stop the loot, and fix the home price at 50 lakhs! A home is essential for life. You can't live on road.

Any one remembers, just 20 years ago, A 2 BHK flat price was 10-15 lakhs. Today, annual rent is 10 lakhs. And, you will have financial gurus who tell not to buy real estate.

Around 6 weeks ago, I had a mild stroke out of the blue. Dad passing away, poor sleep, exhaustion, dehydration, and overworking out —any of these could be possible reasons. I've gone from having a big droop in the face and not being able to read or write to having a slight droop

TDS is very different from TCS. TDS is deducted from salary or FD interest- which is ur earnings & you anyway have to pay tax on your earnings. TCS- this is deducted on expenses. You are not supposed to pay tax on expenses. Nobody in the world does this kind of 20% TCS!
