    AI agents won’t get separate legal identity anytime soon. But they can already operate with corporate legal identity, although it takes some complex legal design. The next step for AI isn’t personhood, it’s figuring out how to give them legal autonomy through corporate identities

    Honestly, this has been obvious for a while. The question of whether a DAO as an on-chain entity needs to be wrapped has a clear answer (which is yes). Anything else risks exposing members to personal liability or lawsuit engineering. And the Lido DAO could’ve had a better

    As per ESMA’s MiCA guidelines, tokens with both governance and economic rights may qualify as securities with features specific to shares. To avoid this, decouple economic rights from governance on the token level and explore alternative models for incentivising tokenholders
