GIF - Terribly saddened and shocked to hear this today. Jack was a tireless worker who excelled at everything he did. Jack would spend countless hours working to help our program in whatever way was needed. My prayers are with the Roche family in this very tragic time. RIP Coach RocheThe KU football family is heartbroken to hear of the passing of Jack Roche. Jack was a tremendous, hard working young man who embodied what our program is all about. We will remember Jack and he will forever be a part of our family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Roches.

- This is exactly how you need to think to be a great O-Linemen, this is part of what makes it the greatest position to play on the field.No one is going to feel bad for us. We’re beaten up and sore but we don’t sit out practice “just because” or skip weight room because “we feel like it”. We won’t get subbed out during a game, but won’t make an excuse when we mess up.
