    I'm down 20 lbs. I'm feeling so much better. I'm eating good, exercising almost every day, and drinking more water. I haven't had a heartburn pill in 7 weeks and sleeping better. I'm not even snoring. Even better, my prayer life is better. Anxiety and worry is low. Good stuff.
