Found out today that every IOI since 2006 had at least one Cognition employee competing in it.
- Darn almost can’t believe it’s my last IOI already. Huge thanks to @rpeng233 for coaching and supporting me over these years ❤️.Cognition is the first AI lab to win a verified gold medal at the IOI. Our human, ryanbAI (@ryanbai1412), placed 7th overall. Impressively, ryanbAI competed under the exact same conditions as all human contestants.
- Agents are starting to get scarily good at computer use... It's soon gonna be a massive game changer in the way people use Devin.Devin now has full computer use capabilities and can share screen recordings. You can control desktop apps, build and QA mobile apps, and automate tedious work. Here are some examples that blew our team away: 1. Making a desktop game
00:00 - Just shipped a new knowledge page in Devin. You can now sort your knowledge into folders and perform bulk actions. You can also have Devin organize your knowledge for you!
- Windsurf feels sooo much nicer to use than a couple weeks ago. Also super excited about where we’re heading, a lot to explore in the IDE space!Wave 12 is here, and it’s a big one! 📚 DeepWiki-powered docs for every symbol in your codebase 🔍 Vibe and Replace 🐛 100+ bugs squashed 🎨 Brand new UI … and more! Everything that’s new 🧵
00:00 - Was wondering when the perfect score would happen. Well deserved!Everyone's talking about AI performance on the IMO. Let me highlight 🇨🇦Canadian 11th grader Warren Bei🇨🇦, one of five participants with a *perfect* 42/42. This is his *fifth* (and final) IMO representing Canada, with three golds and two silvers. (➡️ MIT undergrad in the fall)
- Replying to @rpeng233Ya, would not have guessed competitive programming would be one of the first to fall. Wanna say probability of ai beating me (when taking union of scores across all labs, given near infinite compute and submissions) is at least 30%…
- Check out Devin 2.0! There’s been some pretty big changes to the experience, AND it’s only $20/month.Introducing Devin 2.0: a new agent-native IDE experience. Generally available today starting at $20. 🧵👇
00:00 - Replying to @elder_pliniusyea devin's actually just a wrapper around @que_tourist. If he ever goes down it's because Gennady needed to take a nap.
- Replying to @armiksos and @itsandrewgaoAssuming you're on windows? What terminal do you see when you create a new default terminal? And do the issues go away if you switch to some other terminal (Settings > Terminal › Integrated › Default Profile)
- Replying to @damdandusmus and @cognition_labsGood catch--it should be 22.04. Will fix.
- Replying to @armiksos and @itsandrewgaothanks so much for the info! ctrl+shift+p > open settings (ui). it should be in there. (mostly was wondering if you could quickly test if there are issues with cmd or git bash by just asking cascade to run some terminal commands)
