it's done.
I've turned this Fisher Price toy controller into a fully functional Xbox controller
it can do anything a standard controller can do, PLUS it still makes all the annoying sounds it did originally
demo soon
here's the Fisher Price Xbox controller in action!
let me know what games you'd like to see me play with it
and thanks to @Wario64 for the off-hand joke that inspired me to make this happen ๐
The Lucio Glove Controller for @PlayOverwatch is fully built, complete with 1:1 motion controls for Shift & E!
Can't wait to try it on stream! Got the air cannon controller ready for the right hand too!
The only outwardy visible modification is the USB port on the top. Besides that, you could put it in its box and people would be none the wiser
It's not the craziest build I've ever done, but it's definitely the cleanest
"But how could you add difficulty options to Dark Souls?"
Forza Horizon 5 has an accessibility option that lets you directly alter the game speed. Physics are preserved, but everything plays out slower, giving you more reaction time.
This is a FANTASTIC example of what I mean.
Dark Souls 3 has been beaten with Morse code! ๐ด
19 bosses, 258,250 button presses. (DLC to come)
And just because it can be beaten with one button doesn't mean games like Dark Souls shouldn't have accessibility & difficulty options! ๐๐
BEHOLD, THE TROMBONE CONTROLLER
Ultrasonic sensor controls the slide, and a microphone controls the dooting. If only I knew how to play it IRL ๐
The ultimate way to play Trombone Champ @HolyWowStudios
Voice-activated honking. Motion-controlled flaps. Moving by waddling your feeties. ๐ฆข
THIS is how Untitled Goose Game is meant to be played.
๐ Sound on! ๐
