Tips for WFH: Get into a routine. Pick a time to eat dinner properly and get in a full workout. Let your co-workers know that you’re unavailable at that time. Go outside often, if you can. Take deep breaths. Don’t let yourself get overwhelmed. Put a full -30- on your work day.
