- "artists can't draw personal stuff between commissions" okay when you finish your shift you can't go home either and unwind then.
- Fun fact: Your art style is most likely made up out of 50+ different 'styles' that subconsciously worked their way into yours, because you got inspired. There's so many artists who have TINY details I adore that I tried out in my own style like eye folds, line width etcetc
- being a self taught artist in your 20s and up is all fun and games until you realise you never studied the basics because there was a severe lack of learning material available back then, and now it's biting you in the ass. [hint: it's me.]
