I definitely over-predicted a bit (g2 t1 being the most egregious) but the video actually made me feel better about some of my losing plays - he predicted them rather than me just actually throwing

So to sum up Worlds: - Outdoor registration lines in the sun for hours - Stream difficulties causing delays D1 - Hack check DQ drama - Self-inflicted disconnects for all of T16 resolved by sudden death - Objectively awful decision for next year's location Did I miss anything?

- Work enough to afford travel around the world all year to qualify for Worlds, then travel to Japan - Have enough free time to soft reset for 0IV legendaries across multiple generations/DLCs, then grind tera shards for hours Pick one. This kills the esport.

It's cool if TPC wants a more exclusive Worlds (even if I disagree), but I have a really hard time taking people's opinions on how much travel for a video game is reasonable if they're not paying 100% of their own living expenses, flights, and hotels themselves

Mostly because of how mobile games are monetized via microtransactions, and are usually simpler than their console/PC counterparts. Compare the main series of Pokemon and Animal Crossing with their mobile versions
