- ライブ後に問い合わせがあったROTA中のslow flowの予防と改善に使っているモンスターカクテルの組成です。少しコツがありますが、slow flow対策では最強です。血圧や脈拍管理からかなり解放されます。普通にROTAされる術者ならペーシングもいらなくなるはずです。。。あくまでも個人の見解です。

- Replying to @KambisMashayek1 @RinfretStephane and 8 othersIf the rotablation exceeds 10 minutes, the diamond coat also wears out and becomes less efficient, so it may be safer and more efficient to replace it with a second one. Officially, though, it is limited to use within 5 minutes…lol.

- Replying to @TWilsonMD @DrIHHashmi1 and 9 othersI have many ostial RCA ROTAs, so it is easier to understand when you see it. This case was performed by my colleague Dr SUGIE, who will be the next gen. of ROTA experts. Finally, DES is implanted and IVUS shows a 4mm AG. I hope this is helpful to you. Video is at 3x speed.
