- literally made a 100 cal “chocolate bar” out of hazelnut pb2 & freezing it im a genius
- Replying to @aceda1yothank you angel <33 😽 honestly i just fasted TOO MUCH too often & ate under 200 cals or even 100 cals whenever i broke a fast, which i do not recommend bc it did damage. but walking, planks, & crunches rly helped as well & the only workouts i do daily 🫶
