Promotes varied footwork patterns, an internal clock, and forces guys to have more situational awareness. Way more beneficial than traditional Mass Fungo.

- When you’re throwing Pregame BP and you only have 5 minutes to get through the last group...COACHES: I know BP isn't easy to throw, but please give the batter time in between pitches. Too many rapid fire BPs are leading to rushed swings and frustrated hitters.
